One day left....

Tomorrow is the big day, and the past few days have been a little hectic. Richie and I have been packing and making sure all the last minute honeymoon things are together. Then I have also been attending last minute meetings with vendors as well as putting together the favors for our guests.

Today (unfortunately), I have to bring Riley to the kennel or "canine resort" as they call themselves for her 9 day vacation. It's going to be a very sad moment. We have some serious attachment issues...she cries everytime I leave the room! But we will survive and she will be well taken care of! Until we return...or I have another time to post!

Small Get Together

Family is starting to arrive from out of town. Yesterday my grandparents (from South Carolina), as well as my aunt, uncle, and 2 cousins come to our house for a visit and some lunch. They hadn't seen our house, aside from in pictures, and yesterday ended up being a beautiful day. We were able to eat and chat outside on the deck. Good times were had by all (I hope). My mom, dad, and sister also came up for the small get together.

Probably a month ago (or so), Richie had gotten an Italian Ice from the ice cream man and had shared a little bit at the end with Riley. I guess she remembered though because when she saw him eating one last night, she was his best friend. Check out some cute pics of her with her nose in the cup licking it out!

Doggie Destruction

Lesson learned: Never fall asleep with the remote in the bed, the dog's bone (which is the same size as the remote), and the dog chewing on the bone. She may become confused and eat the remote instead of the bone!

The Weekend Outlook...

With only 5 days to go I can now look at the 10 day forecast and be tipped off to what this weekend might have in store for our wedding day. As of right now on www.weather.com it looks like it is going to be around 76 degrees and partly sunny! Perfect wedding weather...not too hot so we can hopefully be comfortable in all of our fabulous gowns and dresses!

Riley Sunbathing

Riley has taken lately to "sunbathing" on the deck. This seems to be her favorite spot and she knows exactly the right place to lay down so she gets the sun and not the shade! I swear this animal is more like a human!!! Enjoy the Riley Pics of the Day for today!
